Was Brazilian loss fixed?

July 10, 2014 by 888Scoreonline

When the whole world is shocked to see miserable performance by hottest team of 2014 FIFA world cup, millions of fans who have since been crying are now digging the reason why once the sky mounting team went down to earth in just two days. Actually, all those who watched the game were actually surprised to see how defenders were roaming in the field when German forwards were attacking the Brazilian goal post. For example, the crucial seven minutes when Brazil sustained five goals was the turning point of the game, perhaps they lost the game in this period rather full ninety minutes. Moreover, absence of both captain Thiago and striker Neymar paid the price to the host when they could not shred off mounting initial lead.

Recently, some African players were suspected to have fixed their performance in group stage matches, though, later, FIFA found nothing wrong in their conduct, but when world’s most infamous bookie Wilson Raj Perumal mistakenly told a reporter over his Facebook interview that he knows the results of upcoming matches as well it raised the eye brows of countless Brazilian fans across the world.

It is obvious that match fixing allegations and then a formal inquiry would be in the headlines in upcoming days; many media sources have already started secrete reporting alleging some of the Seleção players gameplay was not in tune with previous matches. Though, it is also possible that it proved to be just a human nature where no one wants to accept his defeat especially if you are among the most probables to lift the first home world cup in almost five decades.

Meanwhile, Luiz Felipe Scolari, the manager of Brazil national team, has refused to resign off his post despite taking the full responsibility for the host ousted. However, he is ready to discuss the team show and his future with the Brazilian Football Confederation. He said in a news conference, “I am not going to talk about my future until we finish our participation here, which is on Saturday. It makes no sense to discuss this now. After it’s over I will submit my report to the Brazilian Football Confederation and they will make a decision.

“This is nothing going through my head right now. I will continue with my life, the players will also continue to be winners and we must continue — you can not end the life of the players for it. History will have to record that Brazil, for the first time since 2002, reached the semifinals.”
