How money rain in football is clearly visible by several big price tags associated with some of the best known soccer players. In latest news, A.S. Roma, the top notch Italian soccer club has turned down an offer worth more than 100 million Euros to sell its star midfielder Daniele De Rossi during summer transfer window. This has already been revealed by Walter Sabatini who has said in August 2012 that De Rossi is much more than 100 million; perhaps, he is a winner for them so they were nowhere interested in selling him to anyone. Roma’s general manager: Baldini now disclosed about the several offers they received for De Rossi, including a 100 million one. He insisted that Rossi will be with them for his entire life so there is no question of giving him to anyone. It’s a known fact that many top football clubs from around the world have recently been trying to grab Rossi keeping handsome prize checks with them, but after the latest discovery, now it seems that Rossi is no more available for any club at any cost whatsoever.
Daniele De Rossi is an ace Italian midfielder who is known for his all-around soccer skills even many soccer pundits have titled him as a compete midfielder for his unique skills of tackling, shooting, and passing the ball. In last few months both Manchester City and Manchester United were eyeing on the Rossi but they now have to look beyond Rossi for their own needs coz Rossi is more available as told by Roma’s general manger. He told, “De Rossi? He will stay at Roma for life. We rejected several offers for him, even a 100m euros one.” He further added, “I want to send my greeting to the Spanish coach. He was a rookie, but he was able to teach us a lot of things, and me in particular.”
The latest turnaround shows how wealthiest a star soccer player is in today’s enriched soccer world. Few years back, when even ten million dollars were used to be considered a big money for any player, now even 100 million do not suffice to buy a player of interest. As the game is growing popular many more reputed soccer clubs will continue throwing millions of dollars to keep a star soccer player with them. So, enjoy the game and its raining money everywhere.
