QPR loaned Adel Taarabt to Fulham

It has become a trend in soccer now where managers and coaches try to hire their charming players whenever they join new clubs, we have seen something like this is in the making with Chelsea where its new manager is putting his all resources to hire some of the best talents he has played with while at Everton. Moroccan footballer Adel Taarabt is the next in this trend, and his long back associate Martin Jol wants him in Fulham while he is still in contract with English club QPR. Actually, things went in player’s favor when QPR was relegated to Championship and Harry Redknapp's side had to rethink on their strategy for the next season and Taarabt doesn’t deserve a place in his new side, hence he decided to let him go on loan to another League club Fulham. 130-year old football club Coventry City goes into liquidation

Can you ever imagine that a stadium that hosted matches of just concluded London Olympics can see the darkness of closure? Yes, this is something that is being happened with Ricoh Arena, a small stadium having just 32000 seating capacity and belongs to Coventry City Football Club, coz its 130-year-old club in on the bank of a liquidation. FIFA tightens its belt for WC preparations delay

FIFA, who has been criticized on several occasions by different experts of the business for giving too much leverage to Brazil, has again reiterated that WC organizers need to submit all the pending WC venues before soccer's showcase event kicks off in June 2013. PSG seeks more money from Nike deal

French giant PSG has always been one of the biggest buyers in soccer fraternity, and that is why whenever they are subjected to comply with UEFA’s Financial Fair policy, they look for more sources to increase their paper revenue. One of their longest running sponsorship partner Nike, who has been associated with them back since 1989, is reportedly being asked to pay more via their new deal with Paris Saint-Germain. Their current contract is scheduled to expire next year, and Ligue 1 champion wants to revise their annual rates with a comprehensive margin. What they are asking is not yet confirmed but some media houses reported that they want nothing less than a threefold increase to their earlier €6.5 million per year contract, which means, they are seeking around €20 to €30 million in their new deal.
