It is like having a sleeping pill after taking wine; still, it is fair if you are a diehard fan of soccer especially of English Premier League. Actually, there have been many significant changes with most of the top EPL clubs as far their manager and head coach positions are concerned; hence new appointees’ first games are eagerly being waited by their fans. It would be interesting to see how David Moyes, who has been appointed as Manchester United manager after Sir Alex Ferguson retirement, starts his first campaign for defending champions along with Jose Mourinho who’s second spell at Chelsea will be tested against new side Hull City on 17 August. Both United and Chelsea will then meet with each other on 24th August at United home turf. Ronaldo is being advised to wait for contract expiry for United’s makeshift
Cristiano Ronaldo is the hottest thing in town despite his legendary status and a highest price tag where not every club can afford to offer him a deal. The striker, who is known for his misunderstandings at The Vikings, has long been linking with many clubs including his former Manchester United. According to his close sources, he is now being advised to complete his current contract staying at Real Madrid, coz then, he can get more tax free signing amount and a handsome salary rather making a shift at this stage. Actually, last week, he has reportedly been offered an astonishing £85m from Russian club Monaco which is probably the highest till date, but inspite of its size, striker is not much convinced to make a shift with rather an unknown club although Monaco is one of the biggest Russian clubs with multi millions signings in recent months. Balotelli gives a perfect start to Italy in Confederation Cup
1 - 2 Milan’s notorious striker Mario Balotelli gives a perfect start to his national team when he capitalized a penalty area chance and fired a low shot to score the winner for his team in Confederation Cup here in Rio. Zidane urges Bale to initiate his transfer to Madrid
Can Real Madrid sign a comparable striker to that of Barca’s Neymar which was signed by their arch rival last week is a big question at the moment, coz Spanish giant is trying hard to lure Spurs to take a note on its transfer offer while on the other side, EPL club is trying hard to keep the player of the year award holder with them. However, it is also very clear that Real has apparently offered a spectacular £85 million for the 23-year-old which is more than a world record signing amount paid for United’s Cristiano Ronaldo when Los Galacticos signed him back in 2009. Now, Real Madrid sporting director Zinedine Zidane has come forward and asked Bale to initiate his transfer request to his club to fasten his transfer to La Liga club. This is something unusual where a club is pressurizing its favorite player to speed up the paper work by filing a formal request. Actually, Spurs have not qualified for the next year’s Championship League hence it is also a viable option for Bale to be in … [Read more...]
