Benitez prioritizes among top four EPL finish

No one would like to see the EPL’s final tally without its defending champion: Chelsea on a top position - perhaps among top four places. Chelsea’s temporary manager Rafael Benitez also hinted about his desire to at least make a comeback and secured one of the top four places, and for that, he is even willing to sacrifice their FA cup journey. According to him, they are playing too many matches these days hence they need to fix their priorities and select one of them rather jumping towards all of them. Notably, Chelsea’s chances of finishing among top four shunned on Sunday when City defeated them by 2-0, and now, Tottenham will be ahead of them if it overcomes West Ham at Upton Park on Monday night. 6 - 1 Nothing could be worse than conceiving almost a crushing defeat as it happened with Werder Bremen who lost their last Bundesliga match to Bayern Munich by a huge margin of 6-1. The game was thoroughly one sided, perhaps it was looking like Bayern were playing with an amateur junior team. Bayern score machine start working from the 25th minute when Arjen Robben opened the counting for them, and in few minutes, Javi Martinez added another goal to take their lead to 2-0. By now, no one had imagined it would not the end of a nightmare for Weserstadion club coz Gomez again fired a goal in the 51st minute. He added one more goal to his tally in the last moments of the game. John Paintsil arrested for assaulting wife

There have been many cases in the past where a popular soccer player was charged for assaulting his wife or girlfriend, but this is something more severe in nature that happened to John Paintsil’s wife. She was reportedly harshly assaulted by none other than his husband who kept beating her consistently even after she jumped out of her house wall and entered into neighbor’s home. Paintsil followed her into neighbor’s house and slapped to neighbor also. Greater Accra Police P.R.O. Freeman Tettey confirmed about his arrest while he was giving an interview to a news source. Even before his media brief, this news was already out thanks to a freelancer journalist who was there in the police station at the moment when Paintsil was brought into there. Jupp Heynckes, the current manager of Bundesliga club Bayern Munich, is on the threshold of creating a milestone of its kind by participating in his 1000th game in the league.
