Manchester City has signed a new deal with Hugo Boss, global fashion brand, to supply it clothing and fashion range off the field. With this deal, Hugo Boss has become club’s exclusive supplier of off field jackets and all other material that is wore by its players during their official events, training, and other money can’t buy events. Practically, this deal will force Manchester City’s star players to use only Hugo Boss’s accessories whenever either they shoot or even practice on the ground. Manchester’s star tally that will use Hugo Boss’ accessories includes Joe Hart, Sergio Aguero, Yaya Toure, and Mario Balotelli among others. Referee dies after suffering heart attack in a High School soccer match in St. Louis
In a high school soccer varsity match between Lindbergh High School and Kirkwood High School at Lindbergh school ground, referee suffered a heart attack and rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead. The referee Jim Duniven aged 59 and the native of Sappington suddenly collapsed on the field in the varsity match at around 7 PM on Tuesday. He immediately complained of heavy chest pain, so immediately taken to a hospital where he declared as dead just after a short while of reaching hospital. The whole incident is described by Chris Steinmetz, soccer coach of Kirkwood High School, he said, When referee issued a yellow card to one of his team player, that player starts moving off the field and suddenly referee seen collapsing on the field, which was noticed by the parents who screamed about his sudden failing. Puyol is injured again, out for two months
Barcelona has again been unlucky despite its win over Benfica by 2-0 in Champions League coz its central defender and captain Carles Puyol got himself injured again. Perhaps, the injury is so deep that he will miss the field for at least two months or even more coz his left elbow has badly been injured. The 34 year old got his elbow injured when he was trying a header and landed uncomfortably and start screaming with unbearable pain, he was then lifted on a stretcher off to the a hospital. The year 2012 has brought on some nightmare injuries for star midfielder, it was his first match after his hamstring problem and now he is again out for another period. Barca’s midfield is already in an adversity coz its another player: Gerard Pique, is also recovering from his foot injury. Steven Pienaar says goodbye to international football
South African football team’s skipper Steven Pienaar has finally decided to quite the international football with an immediate effect and surprised everybody with his sudden decision to leave international soccer community in South Africa. Jose Mourinho to stay with Real Madrid until his contract expires
One of the best soccer coaches Jose Mourinho has cleared all the reports and openly said that he would continue serving Real till his existing contract doesn’t expire, i.e., till 2016.
