May 2, 2016 by 888Scoreonline

Every time a player is failing persistently to deliver for his side, rumors stat prevailing in the air suspecting his desire to play for the club even though player himself is passing through an injury which never led him play with full caliber. Liverpool is one such side whose 26-year-old English forward Daniel Sturridge is the one player who has not been in his best form in last two seasons. In fact, he tried his comeback on several occasions but failed to impress anyone and his injury that kept troubling him on the field. Arsenal beat Norwich at home, yet Welbeck calls it a failure not to win EPL title

No matter who is leading the premiere league table, it is a fact that most of the soccer experts believe Arsenal should have been the title winner coz they were the strongest side among the top four on the board, but after their failure to carry on their earlier form, Gunners failed to threat anyone among the top of the leaderboard and now when Leicester City is almost certain to be crowed as the next premier winner, players are openly talking about Ivan Gazidis side and why they could not win a long awaited league silverware. Emirate side beat Norwich City by 1-0 last night at home taking their board position one rank higher, i.e., at third position and only scorer of the game was 25-year-old Danny Welbeck who talks about what they missed in the season and if they will get another chance nearby. Without being over optimistic with the home win, Welbeck rather showed his disappointment over the course of the ranking and accepted it was the best opportunity for them to win English … [Read more...]

Van Gaal calls Leicester deserving title winner, but promises to offer a tough resistance at home

Generally, it is not seen that an English manager is praising other side who has almost triumphed the league title replacing them from the top and if we are talking about Manchester United and it on-fire manager van Gaal, this becomes even more unexplained why Dutchman is so calling Leicester City as the best side to win the English topflight. Although, it is a fact that Foxes almost ruled the second half of the season with their confident position on the top, hence experts are calling them the only side that truly deserves to hold the league title irrespective of other sides that may be having better odds on paper. Van Gaal, while praising King Power side, also assumes they have had much favorable circumstances that went into their favor, may be he is talking about the fans support and unpressurised vibes in the dressing room! If Leicester wins their upcoming ManU game at Old Trafford this Sunday, they will surely win the title and Dutchman looks like preparing a ground in his defense … [Read more...]

Liverpool lose Europa League Semi-final first leg game to Villarreal by 1-0

Liverpool seems to have lost its ground in FA Cup as well that is why they failed to impress anyone in the Thursday's Europa League semifinal first leg at Villarreal. Although, margin of defeat was just 1-0 but it was more a psychological loss than the in-field disappointment and manager Jurgen Klopp accepts that his team played rather immaturely, although, excused their experience for all the nasty mistakes they did. However, first half was a tight finish when both the sides struggled to score the net and it was the second half when Villarreal's Cedric Bakambu could score the winner for his side. Moreover, one goal first leg advantage would help Spanish club prepares better for the return leg to be played at Anfield next week and looking at their last night show, it is highly unlikely they would change current winning combination. Anyways, without being critical to his own team, Klopp issued his gross satisfaction over the show despite the fact that Reds missed several opportunities … [Read more...]

Silva could miss City’s second leg Champions League semifinal game for hamstring injury: Pellegrini

If reports are to be believed, Manchester City ace midfielder David Silva could miss second leg of Champions League semifinal against Real Madrid next week. Silva has been under suspect since he left the field during Tuesday's 0-0 draw first leg game just before the half-time and manager had then expected him to come back before the return leg showdown, but latest medical scans confirmed he can only return to the field by next Wednesday. This is actually a big blow for English side since 30-year-old has been in good form these days and fans were hoping he would contribute significantly to their Champions league title hope. Although Kelechi Iheanacho, who replaced Silva, is also a good player at the center but Pellegrini had great expectations from the Spain international and in his absence he would have to change the strategy for return home leg. Talking about the state of injury of Spanish international, Pellegrini said, “David had a slight strain in his thigh. It is difficult to say … [Read more...]
