Even 100 Million Euros are not enough for Daniele De Rossi

How money rain in football is clearly visible by several big price tags associated with some of the best known soccer players. In latest news, A.S. Roma, the top notch Italian soccer club has turned down an offer worth more than 100 million Euros to sell its star midfielder Daniele De Rossi during summer transfer window. This has already been revealed by Walter Sabatini who has said in August 2012 that De Rossi is much more than 100 million; perhaps, he is a winner for them so they were nowhere interested in selling him to anyone. Roma’s general manager: Baldini now disclosed about the several offers they received for De Rossi, including a 100 million one. He insisted that Rossi will be with them for his entire life so there is no question of giving him to anyone. Luisao’s Ban extended to cover all competitions

Brazilian footballer and Benfica’s central defender: Ânderson Luís da Silva’s ban has been extended to cover every competition played anywhere worldwide by FIFA’s governing body as a disciplinary measure for his violent act against the referee in a friendly match against Dusseldorf last month. FIFA has taken this action in tune with its disciplinary code’s article 136 which deals with any intolerable act by any player within the field. As a result, Luisao will not be able to play any match, club level or international, during his ban period of two months. Further, during the investigation, if there happens to be further warranted action; his ban can further be extended for another period which can either be parallel to his initial two month’s ban or after the expiry of first two months. Meantime, until now, the judgment looks complete and final with two months extended ban on star defender who is known for his lost temper during the field. Last month, when the incident took place, … [Read more...]

It’s a 2-2 Draw in Everton vs. Newcastle match

It was a perfect soccer night yesterday when Everton vs. Newcastle played a thrilling match which was alive until the last second of the match. However, it was rather a sad or some call it an unlucky day for Everton, coz there were many decisions which happened to be against them but anyhow this is the excitement of an ideal Premier League match that seamlessly displayed why this series is so favorite and charming. Last night, the final result was a 2-2 draw though during the whole match Everton were the predicted winners, perhaps they would have won the match if some decisions have not gone against them. Even, there were two headers which were legal goals in many eyes but in the eyes of assistant referee they both were offside. Many experts were almost sure that these headers were genuine and accurate but assistant referee has had some different opinions. That is how Everton were deprived of their two sure goals. Anyways, referees are also human beings and they are as prone to do … [Read more...]

Bayer to offer Boudewijn Zenden Pay-Per-Play Deal

German football club: Bayer Leverkusen is taking note of an option where they can offer Dutch footballer: Boudewijn Zenden a unique pay per play deal where the player will get handsome remuneration for each of his match appearance. Reportedly, the said consideration was due for a long time coz the footballer is a free agent since last one year. The German club is looking for a solution to strengthen their midfield by signing Zenden as he is a senior attacking midfielder and currently aged around 36 years. Apparently, Zenden has already refused Sunderland’s offer to go with them last season, and he has since not signed up with any other club or team. Moreover, as his age is taking him to a retirement, he is continuously trying to keep himself fit and available for anyone who wants him to sign, hence Bayer’s offer looks very realistic and possible. Many believe that he may soon find a club before his retirement, so he is quite optimistic with pay per deal contract with Bayer in coming … [Read more...]
