FIFA to draft a policy to ban Third Party Ownership (TPO) soon: Sepp Blatter

September 27, 2014 by 888Scoreonline

Soccer has now become more than mare a sport; nowadays, it is a complete money making industry with interests from clubs, owners, and third parties who used to invest in players’ value and this third party investment has long been criticized by many notables including UEFA president Michel Platini, coz according to many game professionals, it detaches players from the game and makes them just a piece of money. UEFA, among others, has long been opposing FIFA’s policy to let it go about third parties investment in players which sometime enables clubs sell their key players without any sporting reason. But now, a commendable change has been proposed by the FIFA Executive Committee who has voted to completely ban this alien investment from the game. Notably, these kinds of stakeholders are already banned in England but in some parts of the world including but not limited to America, Spain, and Portugal it is still one of biggest money making opportunity for business houses who regularly … [Read more...]

September 25, 2014 by 888Scoreonline

Growing age has ever been a big problem for players even if they have had a star status in their golden years. Today, the competition is very tough even for the youngsters and that is why most of the sides often part their ways from growing players, but for former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard, 36 years of age is just the beginning. He not only played an important role in City’s emphatic 7-0 win over Sheffield on Wednesday but also ensured Manuel Pellegrini is not going to rest him for next few games. Notably, central midfielder was brought into the Manchester on one season loan from New York City FC by manager Pellegrini to backup other players like Yaya Toure, Fernandinho, and Fernando, but he later expressed his desires to be a permanent teammate for the League defenders and then Chilean manager reportedly asked to perform regularly if he wants to be an integral City mate. September 22, 2014 by 888Scoreonline

Maybe Mario Balotelli has always been famous for the controversial remarks thrown by other players over him, but this is probably be the first time he himself changed the role and mocked Manchester United’s shocking defeat to newly promoted league side Leicester City. The loss was not the ordinary one perhaps one of the devastating setbacks for the new manager coz once they were leading the tally by 3-1 and eventually lost the game by 5-3 which puts a dot over Gaal’s exaggerated claims about his newly formed team. Liverpool as well lost the game to West Ham by 3-1 on Saturday; but former Milan forward enjoyed watching United loss more rather Reds show. He apparently teased the Red Devils gameplay on his Twitter account and lambasted Dutch manager’s overspending in the last summer to strengthen the side, but results are coming completely opposite to what everyone had thought to be.
