Like expected Real Madrid delivered their one hundred percent to defeat visiting Manchester City in the return leg of championship league semifinal yesterday night. It was not the game Real dominated yet they could manage to score one goal which was enough to take them into the finals of the European tourney. Manuel Pellegrini, although, was optimistic to offer a tough resistance to 10-time champions but his side failed on crucial moments and conceived the crucial goal. Silva could miss City’s second leg Champions League semifinal game for hamstring injury: Pellegrini
If reports are to be believed, Manchester City ace midfielder David Silva could miss second leg of Champions League semifinal against Real Madrid next week. Silva has been under suspect since he left the field during Tuesday's 0-0 draw first leg game just before the half-time and manager had then expected him to come back before the return leg showdown, but latest medical scans confirmed he can only return to the field by next Wednesday. This is actually a big blow for English side since 30-year-old has been in good form these days and fans were hoping he would contribute significantly to their Champions league title hope.
