Klopp does not want to talk about Reds title hope so early

November 2, 2015 by 888Scoreonline

One of the surprising English clubs this season: Liverpool is feeling special after being named among the probables to win this year’s English topflight according to recent media speculations. The newly appointed manager Jurgen Klopp is also having his dream debut for one of the highly demotivated league side and after defeating defenders Chelsea whole team is on cloud nine. Philippe Coutinho scored two and substitute Christian Benteke one to help their side win fourth game of the season. Moreover, it was Reds first away win after beating Stoke City on opening day of the year. Behaving like a true professional, Klopp is avoiding any rumor of them being taken as the possible winner of 2015-16 league season and he also cleared this in the post-match news conference where he said, “Are you crazy? You think after one win at Chelsea we should think about this?” Klopp said over Liverpool’s title hope in his news brief. “I’ve been here three weeks, round about.”

He probably knows what an over confidence could do to the team moral at this stage hence he just want to focus first on securing a place among top four and then he would consider themselves one of the possibility to win league silverware. He added, “We don’t think about this. We have to think about the next game, about improving our game and our style. We can do much better than today. We had our moments — our build-up with short passes was very good. They tried to make pressure but we could play in the spaces in between.

“I feel is deserved. We have worked hard but it’s normal if you want to win in Chelsea.”

Lucas, who got spared by referee Mark Clattenburg of a second Yellow Card in the second half at Stamford Bridge, praised Clattenburg job during crucial moments of the game when anyone could have made mistakes, he said, “They will probably talk about it, it’s normal especially when you lose a game. Sometimes in my position you make fouls, more to stop the game. I think it was a good decision from the referee, he controlled the game very well.

“Other situations as well with the Chelsea players he dealt really well. I think it was a fair game. People will say this could change this game. In the end we were the better team and we just need now to enjoy it, recover and then go again.”
