Manchester United Part Ways With Cristiano Ronaldo Over His Piers Morgan Uncensored Interview

November 23, 2022 by 888Scoreonline

Premier League club Manchester United were left fuming after their star player Cristiano Ronaldo went on Piers Morgan uncensored and thrashed the club. Ronaldo did not hold anything back and claimed Manchester United have gone backwards since Sir Alex Ferguson resigned.

Ronaldo also said he has no respect for head coach Erik ten Hag and was not very happy playing with the Red Devils. Ronaldo was contracted to stay at Man U till July 2023.

Man U and Ronaldo Part Ways With Mutual Agreement

Manchester United released a statement and claimed that they had cancelled Ronaldo’s contract effective immediately through mutual agreement. Man United were no longer happy to retain Ronaldo as his image with Man U fans and players had taken a beating after the interview.

Ronaldo was also happy to part ways with Man U as he said he felt that it was time for him to move and take up a new challenge. Ronaldo is now a free agent and will be on the radar of top teams including Manchester City and his old club Real Madrid.
Cristiano Ronaldo will look to put the Man U saga behind him and now focus on leading Portugal at the 2022 FIFA World Cup
