Sergio Ramos aspires to be a Real player until he retires

May 26, 2014 by 888Scoreonline

European champions Real Madrid have continuously been in the news since they won the mega final dramatically in the last week. They undoubtedly won the match with a significant 4-1 margin, but if we could point out one player whose performance changed the outlook of the game, it would surely be the 28-year-old Spanish defender Sergio Ramos who was the scriptwriter for the mega win. Significantly, it was his first mega show in the last season as he could never leave an impact on the field before. His form and style of play could never be at par with the legacy Real enjoy in the field and could only find the net on six occasions in the last seven played games, and after his contribution in the UEFA final, fans are taking him whole heartedly, in fact, also aspiring him for the rest of his professional career. Likewise, Spanish starlet is also not missing the opportunity to capitalize the peak he is enjoying at the moment and told in his recent interview that he would love to spent rest of his career with Real. The news of his ‘latest’ obsession for the side is strange especially after he was rumored to be linked with other clubs in the last autumn when his mess-up news with club President came into the media, but after his super show in the last match of the season, vibes seem to be changing about him at Santiago Bernabéu.

Right now, there is no news from the club den whether he is getting an extension or anything like this, but Ramos cleverly used the platform and timing to message the bosses that he would like to stay over here for long. Talking about his future plans, former Sevilla defender said in an interview last week, “I feel privileged to be at the best team in the world. I say it loud that I want to be here for many years and retire here. From the first day I have felt the affection of the fans and I will always be grateful. It is a dream to lift ‘Ol’ Big Ears’.”

Adding about his state of mind at the beginning of the season, he added, “At the start of the season there were difficult moments. My head was somewhere else, my situation was not comfortable, and that was reflected on the pitch. In January I said to that from now on you will see my best version.”
