It was the gloomiest moment of his life when young West Ham defender Dan Potts clash with Bacary Sagna and fell awkwardly on the ground in West Ham’s 5-1 defeat to Arsenal, on Wednesday. Eighteen years old became instantly unconscious and given treatment for a good ten minutes when he woke up and then taken off the field on a stretcher. Looking at the way he stuck his head with another player, everyone had an impression that player could have incurred a concussion which needs an immediate treatment in the hospital. Potts junior is the son of former West Ham defender Steve Potts, the player who has played more than 400 matches for the club during his 17 years spell with them. Besides playing for senior West Ham team, Dan has also served a loan spell for a League One club at Colchester.
