FC Barcelona will miss the services of its forward Alexis Sanchez for at least four weeks, coz he injured his knee in a match between his national Chile and Serbia on Wednesday. He got his injury after just twenty minutes of the game when he collided with Serbian Luka Milivojevic. He was then forced to leave the ground and taken over by Manchester United's Angelo Henriquez, who played his first full on international and also scored in his international debut. It looked a minor knee injury initially, but later a scan revealed how he damaged his right ligament which would take around four weeks to heal. Next four weeks are too busy for Barcelona where it has to clash with Real Zaragoza, Benfica, Spartak Moscow, Alaves, Athletic Bilbao, Betis, Levante, and Atletico Madrid, and if he could not recover as expected, it would be a huge setback for Barca. FC Barcelona to have a revised contract for Xavi
One of the biggest football clubs: FC Barcelona is trying to sign a revised contract for its star midfielder Xavi. Reportedly, the new contract would tie their long standing relationship even stronger as both Barcelona and Xevi are equally excited to their new and extended contract terms. Notably, the existing contract between these two has not been expired yet coz there are whole two years left in its termination, yet Barcelona is eager to sign a new contract probably to sign him for a longer period. Messi and Villa: No conflict between them
La Liga 2012-13 has shown us many surprises and one of them is recent infield spat between FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi and David Villa where, apparently, Lionel Messi was yelling on David Villa over some issue. Actually, everybody saw what happened on the ground and everybody is surprised to see a cool player like Messi is behaving like this. Basically, there could be several reasons for such loss of control on the field: one could be, that match between Barcelona and Granada brought many shocks like Messi’s inability to score a goal even after getting so many chances. Perhaps, after the brilliant display of soccer, Barcelona could not fire a goal until 87th minute, this delay and frustration could be the reason for uncontrolled behavior of Messi.
