Lionel Messi is up for Argentinean national team

After smashing several records on a club level in last one and half year, the world would now see the magic of Messi on an international level. Yes, the Barcelona starlet has been included into the Argentinian squad for upcoming world cup qualifiers. The decision is quite surprising for many, coz Messi is already recovering from his hamstring injury; hence it could not be possible for him to play any of upcoming qualifiers if his injury does not show any sign of improvement. Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella named 23 possible players who could be a part of national squad including Angel Di Maria, Sergio Aguero, and Gonzalo Higuain among Messi. Apart from Barcelona, Pablo Zabaleta, who plays for Manchester City, defender Fabricio Coloccini, who plays for Newcastle, Roma midfielder Erik Lamela, and Anderlecht’s Lucas Biglia are also in the list of probable. Messi presence helps Barca to advance to Champions League semi-finals

Messi – the name is enough. Against all the expectations, star Argentinian took part in the clash between Barcelona and PSG, though as a substitute, and helped his club end in a draw. Actually, the worth of Messi can easily be understood with the fact that he did not fire any goal nor hit any shot to the post yet only his presence was more than anything else on the field. His tons of fans were waiting for their star throughout the game, and in 61st minute, they could finally see him entering into the ground as substitute. Before match, there were no indications about his participation in this match hence everyone was a bit of skeptical whether they would be able to see him or not. Messi shines in Barca 2-1 win over Granada

Lionel Messi is back again with his record making machinery and scored two brilliantly executed goals against Granada in the Champions League. His goals are also important coz they brought back Braca from a trailing position at half time, and more especially, they took over Messi tally of goals over 300 now. He added 300th and 301st goals to his all-time goals’ count and shines in the Barca’s win against Juan Antonio Anquela club. First goal of the game was scored by Odion Ighalo against all odds in the 26th minute of the game and they enjoyed the lead for remaining first half of the game. Messi returned the favor just after the halftime when he grabbed on a rebound of Cesc Fabregas’ strike and fired an equalizer. Messi sends a signed shirt to Mueller

Reportedly, Messi paid a tribute to German legend when he sent his signed shirt to him. He regards it a way to show his admiration and hug to an eminent soccer player. He wrote on the shirt, “With my respect and admiration. A hug.
