Some injuries are worse than what they seem apparently, and exactly this is what happened to Dutch midfielder Nigel De Jong who broke Achilles tendon of his left leg during his club AC Milan’s recent 4-2 victory over Torino. He could not even play the whole match and sidelined right after one goal. Initially, it was not serious, but later when detailed examination was done; it was found how he snapped his Achilles tendon. Expectedly, he would not be available for the Rossoneri for the whole remaining season. The former Manchester City midfielder, who joined AC Milan last summer at £3.5m price tag, has already been a vital strength of Allegri's midfield. In current scenario, it would be a big blow for Allegri to miss him for an entire season. So, he becomes like a star that suddenly appeared for Milan and quickly disappeared too.
