Former England captain finally won a title for PSG and became the only English player to win four international league titles for different teams. Yesterday, PSG won the Ligue 1 title for the first time in last 19 years where Beckham entered into the field as a substitute and guided the road to this magnificent win. The close 1-0 win at the final made him a lucky player for his club as well who now wants him to continue a longer stay with them – if not as a player in another role probably. David Beckham could stay at Parc des Princes beyond June
David Beckham, the former England captain, has recently signed a short term deal with French club PSG, and just on last Wednesday, he could play his first match for them. While looking at the wide applauded response from stadium crowd, he is extremely impressed and his preference in the match was also descent enough to keep him at Parc des Princes for a longer period of time than expected. Even, Beckham also wants to stay there, though he denied having any formal understandings over the matter. Everybody knows who Cristiano Ronaldo is and how capable he is to change the rules of players’ buyout contracts. Earlier too, he holds a record for being the highest paid soccer player in the history, and now; he is moving towards breaking his own record, if rumors are to be believed.
