Manchester United beat Reading to reach into FA Cup quarterfinal
2 - 1 Manchester United secured its place in the FA cup’s quarterfinal by beating Reading in the pre-quarterfinal with a comprehensive margin. They beat Reading easily by 2-1 at Old Trafford on Monday. United, indeed, remained on the driver seat throughout the game, but it was Nani and Javier Hernandez who changed the result in its favor by scoring two quick goals. Reading is among the few clubs who are known for their rock solid defense and that is why Alex Ferguson men had to struggle to cross their net despite having in control throughout the match. There 2-1 victory over Reading took them to the quarterfinal where they will clash with the winner of Chelsea and Middlesbroug.
