Thomas Hitzlsperger, a 30 years old German midfielder, has confirmed and emphasized on his desire to play for Everton for a long term. Perhaps, he is trying hard to convince both: David Moyes and Everton fans that he can serve the club for a long term. For the time being, he has signed a short term deal with Everton that will ensure his stay at Goodison Park until January 2013. Notably, he has been associated with Bundesliga in the past and just released by them in last summer when he signed a new short term deal with Everton. He made few statements that hint about his future plans where he primarily targeted a short term deal at the moment, and then he would probably run after a long term deal - with Everton for sure.
