Theo James Walcott, the 23 years old England’s national football team’s member could face some legal contract related issues if he does not follow his signed contract with Arsenal. Arsenal’s manager: Arsene Wenger has shown his serious concerns on the behavior of this young striker who is under a contract with them which is going to expire next summer. From last few months, Walcott has been looked trying to sign a new contract with a new club, but his existing club is yet to get his know about. Arsene Wenger is so upset with his unprofessional conducts that he is thinking of taking some stringent actions against Walcott to force him to play for the club as long his contract remains alive. On the other side, legendry Ray Parlour says that Walcott has become money hungry so he is also harming his football. Perhaps, he advises him to decide where he wants to play and then concentrate on his game rather money, coz his match performance is what that matters in the long run.
Notably, Theo Walcott is a right wing striker for England’s’ national football team as well Arsenal. He has some firsts in his name, like being the youngest senior football player at just an age of 17 years and 75 days. This season, he has yet to play a match as a team member; however he has participated in a game as substitute where he scored a goal against Southampton. Notably, he is playing for Arsenal since 2005-06 and this is the first season when his mood seems swinging to join other clubs. Parlour said in an interview given to a news site, “Everyone wants to see Theo Walcott sign a new contract. He’s got a lot of work to do on the pitch though and, at the moment, he’s not playing.” He further added his deep concerns over his game form and said, he should improve his game by playing matches, but at the moment he is sitting ideal which is not good for his soccer career.
Another reason for his absence from the field could be he is looking for a better amount and hopping that Arsene Wenger would agree to offer his that amount. If it is so, it depends upon Arsenal, and if it decides to pay what he wants, the dispute will go forever; even then Arsenal can revise his contract for more years.
